Return window: 7 days from delivery.
Condition: Unused, in original packaging with all accessories.
Non-returnable: Opened personal care items, made-to-order goods, and items marked “Final Sale”.
How to start a return: Email support@axoomshop.com with your order number and reason.
Refunds: Processed to the original payment method after inspection (typically within 5–7 business days).
Exchanges: Subject to stock availability.
