Note:
1. Adjust the speed according to the type of food. Always start at a low speed and gradually increase.
2. When the mixture becomes thicker during processing, increase power by switching to a higher speed.
3. When inserting dough hooks, remember that the rod with the large washer must be inserted into the right hand slot, and the one with the small washer into the left hand slot — to avoid the risk of ingredients spilling over the edge of the bowl.
